The Rohde & Schwarz NRT-Z14 is a directional power sensor designed for accurate measurement of power parameters in the frequency range from 25 MHz to 1 GHz. It provides measurement of average power, peak envelope power (PEP), average pulse power, crest factor, and CCDF (complementary cumulative distribution function).

- Average power (AVG): from 6 mW to 120 W
- Peak envelope power (PEP): from 0.4 W to 300 W
- Low Insertion Loss: minimal impact on the measured signal
- High Measurement Accuracy: ensured by excellent directivity and a measurement method similar to thermal power meters, allowing accurate results even with modulation or multiple carrier signals.
Additional Capabilities:
- Direct Connection to PC: via R&S NRT-Z3 or R&S NRT-Z4 interface adapters, enabling high-precision power and reflection measurements directly from a computer.
- Reflection Measurement: determination of VSWR, reflection coefficient, and reverse power, allowing evaluation of load matching and transmission efficiency.
The NRT-Z14 sensor is ideal for use in traditional analog radio systems and broadcast frequency ranges, providing high accuracy and reliability of measurements.
