Keysight EXR404A Infiniium EXR Series Oscilloscope

The Keysight EXR404A from the Infiniium EXR series is a high-performance instrument with 4 GHz bandwidth across all four analog channels. It delivers fast testing speeds powered by ASIC technology and accurate measurements with an effective number of bits (ENOB) up to 9.0 and noise levels as low as 43 µV. The maximum memory depth is 1.6 Gpts.
