The Keysight MXR408A oscilloscope offers a 4 GHz bandwidth on all 8 analog channels. It integrates 8 instruments into one, including an oscilloscope, logic analyzer, protocol analyzer, real-time spectrum analyzer, and waveform generator. With an effective number of bits (ENOB) up to 9.0 and a noise level as low as 43 µV, it ensures high accuracy. The oscilloscope features ASIC technology from the Infiniium UXR-Series for enhanced test speeds and supports full upgradeability.
Keysight MXR408B Infiniium MXR B-Series Oscilloscope
The MXR408B model retains all the features of the MXR408A but provides:
- Up to 70% faster jitter analysis speed.
- Up to 65% faster power integrity analysis.
- Up to 45% faster FFT processing.
- Up to 15% faster USB 2.0 compliance testing.
Additionally, the standard configuration includes InfiniiScan and Wave Gen features.
