Keysight MXR604B Infiniium MXR B-Series Oscilloscope
The MXR604B model retains all the advantages of the MXR604A and additionally offers:
- Up to 70% faster jitter analysis.
- Up to 65% faster power integrity analysis.
- Up to 45% faster FFT processing.
- Up to 15% faster USB 2.0 compliance testing.
Additionally, the standard configuration includes InfiniiScan and a built-in signal generator with a frequency of up to 50 MHz.
